Jack showed true hospitality. He provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. The rooms have coffee and tea making facilities. The bed features very soft sheets. Parking passes are available at no extra charge.
The street can get a bit noisy early in the morning.

The host provided parking vouchers for my entire stay! This was unexpected. The breakfast offered fresh items and the dining area featured a thoughtful layout.
I experienced a slight noise from what sounded like a water tank. It was situated on the roof.

a few issues detracted from the stay
constant rushing soundsparse breakfast
The noise was bothersome. There was a constant rushing sound from a water tank on the roof! it really interfered with sleep. also, breakfast felt very impersonal and sparse, i found the toaster missing on the second day.
